Pablo's work can be summed up as helping people make a positive impact in their communities and organisations. He believes that we need to rethink our models, businesses, and policies. And that we need to reinvent our playbooks and keep reinventing them ever more rapidly. He advocates for responsible leadership that is based on optimism, creativity, authenticity and compassion to lead our teams, organisations, and society in this environment.
He is a managing partner at Emzingo, a certified B Corporation that designs learning and development experiences for teams, organisations, and academic institutions. Since 2011, he has designed, facilitated, and managed social innovation and leadership development programs in the Netherlands, Peru, South Africa, Spain, and the United States. His experience includes over 60 social impact projects and learning experiences for clients such as IE University Business School, Everis Spain, AXA MedLA, Mediasmart, and WITS Business School.
Additionally, Pablo is an adjunct professor in leadership, innovation, and creativity at IE University, for the School of Human Sciences and Technology, the Business School, and the centre for Exponential Learning. He is a member of the Global Design House, an Aspen Institute Fellow in Spain, and a board member of the Elisa Sednaoui Foundation.
