ROELAND DIKKER HUPKES
CO-FOUNDER, THE CHANGE COLLECTIVE
Throughout his career Roeland has focused on connecting the ‘hard’ side of strategy and organisational change with the ‘soft’ elements of culture and leadership. With a masters in organisational psychology, a masters in political sciences and a black belt in martial arts, he embodies this combination between business and soul.

In 2015 he co-founded The Change Collective, a Dutch consultancy firm that supports organisations in making the transformation to ‘the new economy’. Driven by his belief that speeding up the positive transition in society requires our organisations to undergo a serious transformation, that the world will become a better place if businesses have a strategy directly derived from purpose, leadership that relies on trust and intuition and autonomy for spirited professionals.

Every day they guide their clients on topics like self-management, servant leadership and becoming purpose driven, together with the strong belief that it all starts with being the change yourself. They therefore became a certified B Corporation and experiment with all kinds of new organisational practices in their own business. Everyday rethinking business to reshape our future.
