Rowan is a purpose-driven ‘people’ entrepreneur and is in business to achieve his mission: #nomorehumanwaste.
He is a former EY People Strategy consultant and worked for several Fortune 500 companies, was an academic researcher and above all still is an anthropologist by heart.
During the week Rowan is Chief Talent - co-founder / Director - of dutch // Circles of Future Skills and talks to business and government leaders how to future-proof their organisation through their people.
In his spare time he advises the national and local board of Enactus in the Netherlands and realises education projects in Guatemala with NGO Corazon para los Niños.
