As Managing Partner of SGA, Rüdiger works on the key areas of Project Management, Process / Organisation Development, Interim & Change Management and Strategic Sustainability Development.
He has a strong industrial, consultant, interim and change management background in engineered products and high tech.
Key projects he has worked on include:
- Assignments with industry players for vision and strategy development embracing sustainability
- Interim management of an international machinery and equipment manufacturer’s automotive division
- Executive management training & coaching for various major industry enterprises in the field of personal, social and leadership competence as well as workshop facilitation at top management level
- Development of a project management system incl. training program for a worldwide operating manufacturer of car production plants
- Organisational development for an energy, water and infrastructure systems manufacturer
Rüdiger is married with two children and spends his spare time working on his classic Mercedes 190 SL Make 1961!
